 AB    INTRODUCTION: PWA in developing countries like Uganda intend to cater
       and assist Aids Patients both financially and morally but critical.
       OBJECTIVE: Looking at the care and assistance, co-ordination and curbing
       the spread of Aids, statistical data and above all the general
       operations of the sub-organisations under its Umbrella. METHOD: Taking
       sample study in the city centres of Uganda by personal contact with the
       victims and the officers, Release of the statistical data and News
       reporting, Reveal embarrassing situations. RESULTS: Corruption has
       curtailed the programme--Luxurious life in developing countries.
       DISCUSSION AND CONCLUSION: Percantage study, devotion and kindness can
       answer the above.
